Salsa on St. Clair, Saturday July 4 2015, Toronto

I had the chance to pop in on Toronto’s 11th annual “Salsa on St. Clair” festival . An annual free celebration of Latin culture that takes over St. Clair Ave. from Winona Dr. to Christie St. I was welcomed by a sea of people but in the spirit of photo-journalism i voluntarily threw myself into the crowd. DSC_0040It didn’t take long until it happened. My feet started to twitch involuntarily, it spread to my knees, then hips. Next thing you know it goes right to your face and you are smiling!

DSC_0110 DSC_0081 DSC_0079A few more musical acts, a friendly hello to Miss Multicultural Canada 2015, two skewers of shrimp, a $5 beer and it was time to salsa home!
